soooo... lately me stream started to buffer a lot....
its not an internet issue on my side....
the twitch OBS is constantly blinking between standard dark green and some light-green color...
meanwhile youtube stream is running perfectly....
any ideas suggestions please ?
and by light-green I mean something between green-yellow-ish
