looks like you need to reset your stream key and repaste it in OBS.Hi,
For the past few days my stream seems to buffer every 5 seconds.
Uploaded my last log.
Can someone have a look and let me know what the issue might be?

Aside from that, dont watch your own stream while steaming. ask your viewers if you are buffering and use a popout chat instead.

The problem is that it worked fine a week ago, haven't done any changes to my PC spec, or network or OBS.
Everything is pretty much the same.
On twitch website where the stream quality it says "Excellent" which is ok I guess but it's stopping to buffer very frequently.
I went and analysed the obs log and the only error it came up with was the I am using 2 video cards, the dedicated Nvidia and Intel. I don't think that this can be the issue, can it?

your settings are fine, if anything read above, there really isn't much you can do about it besides dropping bitrate 100 at a time until it stops. trust your viewers to give you an idea if it is buffering or not. watching your own stream is not an accurate representation of what a viewer will see. it might buffer for you but not them,
