My stream buffering for no reason i think here is a log

if someone can help i change my bit rate hundred times nothing happened
 
Reason for the buffering is: Too much bitrate. Use 2000 bitrate max, otherwise your viewers will suffer. Most viewers dont seem to give a crap about quality anyway, so you might aswell stream 1280x720@30 with 1500-2000 bitrate.
