Question / Help Stream buffering on twitch please help

hi i am non partner on twitch

i can see that there is a lot of different opinions too this, but can you tell what settings i can best use with my setup.
now my settings is at downscale to 1280x720, 60fps, 3500 bitrate

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700k CPU skylake 4,2GHz Turbo

RAM: 16GB DDR4

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti

Monitor: BenQ XL2430T 24" 144Hz

720p@30fps, 2000kbps, x264 Veryfast or lower.

3500kbps will send your viewers into buffering hell. Even 2500 will significantly increase the number of buffering events that viewers will receive, making them likely to simply leave for a stream they can watch smoothly.

Dial it back.
