Question / Help Stream buffering/jumps but I am not dropping frames

welcome to twitch as an unpartnered streamer where you cant do anything but drop the bitrate as low as possible to maybe stop the stream from buffering ohh and if possible also the resolution ... damn you twitch :(
 
Try lowering your bitrate and see if that helps. Also may be related to your server choice. The ideal server to use depends on the targeted area of the world you expect the viewers to be in however.
 
Not sure I can lower my bitrate much lower and not lose alot of quality, ill see what i can do.

I choose the Stockholm sever because thats where I live. Do you think another server would do better?
