Question / Help Stream buffering, internet is fine...

Running OBS with the default settings/changing settings does not help. No matter what I do, my stream will always buffer, yet I am not losing packets etc. Is there a reason, or is it Norway servers?

CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K 3,7/4,7 GHz
RAM: Ballistix LT DDR4 2666 MHz 16GB
GPU: GEFORCE GTX 1060 6GB
Motherboard: ASUS LGA1151 PRIME Z370-P
Microphone: Blue Yeti USB
