Question / Help Stream buffering, I read the sticky

Hello,

main issue: my stream buffers every 10 seconds for my viewers.

I am not a partner and am aware that my upload should not exceed 2000 kb/s
In OBS there are no droped frames, the upload peak is at 1800 kb/s
My internet connection has an upload of 36 mbit/sec, the upload limit is not even remotely reached
All settings were set according to twitch website: http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/articles/1262922-open-broadcaster-software
Contacting my ISP, we could rule out any issues related to my ISP. I am a business customer and they looked into it deeply. Even rerouting to a different carrier did not solve the issue

I just tested streaming on hitbox.tv with 3500 kb/s and 60 fps. Runs smooth as silk.
So I suppose this is a twitch issue and im powerless?

Buffering (as described in the sticky that you read ...) is something thats on the viewers end and out of your control if you are not dropping frames. It also greatly differs between viewers, while person A buffers a lot, person B might not buffer at all, person C could be buffering a little bit. This is especially a problem for unpartnered streams since you A. dont have transcoding options available (after a certain viewer threshhold you get them for that session though) and B. your stream only gets served from san francisco which means trouble especially for european viewers.

Hitbox has a better server distribution but saying twitch sucks and hitbox is better is just as dumb considering hitbox doesnt even have to deal with a quarter of twitchs load.

JK about saying twitch sucks. I ran a test when I streamed, everything looking good, no dropped frames, 3500 bitrate, green signal all the way through. But when I watch my stream on my tablet, I get buffering. I don't get it, my DL speed is 52mb/s and upload is 52mb/s
