I'm trying to stream on Twitch for the first time and my stream will show fine for 30 secs or so and then the buffering circle will display and then the stream will continue for another 30 secs and so on. Is this an issue with my upload speed or cpu encoding?
I'm trying to stream at 720p and I have an i5 2400 cpu and 4.3 MB upload speed...is there anything else that's a factor? My download speed is 30MB and I have an AMD/ATI 6950 graphics card. I'm using the game capture mode and a 3500 k max bitrate.
I don't get any dropped frames. Depending on the game, my cpu utilization can range from 25% to 90%. Obviously 90% is high, but it's still not 100%. :-)
Any help would be appreciated.
