Question / Help Stream buffer due to my GPU?

My viewers are saying that my stream is buffering due to my GPU card is that true? My system is a i7 3770K, 8GB of ram at 1600, Asus GTX 970 Strix. My bitrate is at 2500 for 120x720 downscale at 60 fps. no your gpu cant be the reason your stream buffers stream buffering is actually a common thing on twitch for a lot streamer which are no twitch partner but you still would have to post a log
