Hello, I have recently been trying to make live streams in CS2, but I don't know why my stream looks blurry, I have an RTX 3070 and I am encoding with the graphics, with the bitrate at 6000 and with CBR, and all the settings at maximum quality and The live stream still looks as if it had 3000 birate, I have a symmetrical 600 mbps internet, please help!
