Question / Help Stream Blurry When Moving

Probably just a minor problem but when I livestream and move whether that be in Counter-Strike, Minecraft or any FPS game. Games like Osu are not so bad but that's because the whole screen doesn't move at once unless picking a map.

These are my full settings.

NVenc requires around double the bitrate compared to x264 to maintain picture quality.
Post your OBS log after switching, restarting obs and trying to stream.

I like to keep it around 1300 so people with a lower internet can watch as I have some friends that like to watch that are in a place where their internets aren't that fast

Then you're going to need to downscale more. Your computer isn't capable of handling the other fixes available (which require increased cpu power)
