Hi there, i need some help for my setting with OBS!

Config :
I7 3770 @3.40GHz
AMD Radeon 7900 series HD
8GO Ram Kingston
Win7

With OBS(Actually):
Quality 7
Biterate max : 1200 - Buffer : 1300
US East Ashburn VA server
Downscaled at 1.25(1024x818)
Lanczos at 40 fps
X264 CPU : Veryfast
Scene with game capture and Aero disabled

In Game(League of legends):
All setting on "High" i turn with 120-140 fps(like when i streaming)

Download&Upload:
8.2Mbps Download and 1.80 mbps Upload.

My problem :
When i stream, all is very low with my quality and when i have so much action/move of screen or animation, on my stream the screen freeze, but not the sounds.
Where is the problem ?

Ty for help in advance :)
(ex of the lag/bug : http://www.twitch.tv/lawlieteru/c/2346777 )

That is not the complete log...Can you do a stream where the problem is exhibited, close OBS, and then post the latest log and a link to the video what was generated with that log?

Yikes! According to those tests, your upload is pretty small...

How many dropped frames do you get when streaming with smaller bit rates? such as 1000, 750, or even 500?

Is not logic... But when i make a speed test with www.degroupetest.net, i have 1.80 mbps(1800kpbs right?)

Well i dont test with 750 or 500, but with 1000 biterate max, its good. But i have 1800kbps on upload, what the hack? :(

Well, with your speed test. The most setting from biterate is 1000, also?

1000 kbps MaxBiterate and buffer ?
With dat setting, im sure then i have not freeze ?

Ty for some help, dude

I can't tell you for sure what will happen, because I don't know of any speed tests that are 100% reliable. Plus, internet speeds vary based on all kinds of factors, so it's really hard to say. You'll just have to play with it and find out what works.
