Stream audio without hearing it

Hi! I'm capturing video through a composite capture card that's being displayed with a program called EZgrabber. However, I'm playing the game on my television as well through a splitter. How do I get OBS to capture the audio from the EZgrabber window but not hear it through my headphones? In other words, I'd like OBS to capture/stream audio from a window but not have that audio come through my headphones.

Lad I'll be honest that I am not perfectly familiar with this issue but long ago I investigated something simular and I found that it was a rather tricky ordeal. I believe to do this particular execution you would need to run some sort of a "virtual cable" and run the source you don't wish to hear through that "cable".

so I actually looked into that and unfortunately the EZgrabber program has some compatibility issue with windows 10 where it doesn't output to any audio device but whatever is set as default. Meaning that no matter what "out" device the program is set to, it'll still play through the default out.
