Question / Help Stream Audio stuttering for viewers (Including logfile)

As of yesterday the music on my streams has started to stutter. My voice is alright, but the music isn't. As if it's pausing for a few miliseconds and then continues.

Yesterday my electricity cut off three times while my computer was running. I'm starting to think this has got something to do with this. Anyone that can help me with this problem?

Thanks in advance. Can't stream like this man, people complaning and will just leave cause of the audio.

Still not fixed, i really believe it's a minor fix but can't work it out.
