Question / Help Stream audio is echo-y/robotic/weird

I've been streaming on and off for a while, but recently I've upgraded to a new headset, the Corsair HS60. It sounds great on discord/any other voip program but when I try to stream, the desktop audio comes through really bad and my mic audio is absolutely terrible. I've tried messing with the settings for it but I have no idea what could be the cause. It doesnt have this issue if I do it through local recording either.
