Question / Help Stream at multiple qualities

Is it possible to stream at different qualities with OBS.

I read the statistic that ~30% of people have a connection that is <6Mbs, I would like to stream at ~6Mbs at 1080p as well as a 480p stream.

If it is possible, how do you set this up? If it is not possible, will it ever be?

Not for now sorry but i think its planned.

As for 6000kbps -> twitch (if you stream to twitch that is) considers that borderline of abuse and possibly will get rid of those streamers in the future.

if you're not partnered with twitch you would have to run 2 separate channels. i dont know about 30% but it's just a speed test/best case number there's alot of reasons why a 6mbps stream will not be considered practical on twitch
