Question / Help Stream and recording in wrong colour and distórted picture

I have a problem with the output, both recorded and streamed video, of OBS 24.
The video preview in OBS itself looks fine, but the stream shows a strange green tintend and distorted picture. I havew no idea, what the problem is.

Bumb because the problem is still there. It happens with different games too (Rainbow Six Siege, Hunt Showdown, in the Picture is Warhammer Total War 2)
