Stream and recording are blurry and low quality

Hello am coming for help.

Am trying to stream or record but the out come of the video is blurry, text is unreadable.

am testing 720p and 1080p but the result is the same.

PC spec :
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor
GPU is AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT
32gb memory

1. One of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Reproduktory (Realtek(R) Audio): 96000 Hz
Mikrofon (Realtek(R) Audio): 48000 Hz
2. OBS is not running as Administrator. This can lead to OBS not being able to Game Capture certain games. If you are not running into issues, you can ignore this, but it appears that you're using Window Capture to capture a game. Window and Game Capture should not be in the same scene so be sure to remove Window Capture when trying Game Capture.
3. Change your FPS from 60 to 30. More bits per frame.
4. Tools > Auto-configuration Wizard > Streaming. Complete that. Do not change any settings, close are re-open OBS as Admin.

If still having issues, post a new log with a completed streaming session.
