Question / Help Stream and Record Simultaneously

Is there any way to do this but just record the raw game feed without any of my overlays and audio?

So on stream everyone can hear me and see my webcam and follower overlays. Then for the recorded version it's just the game and game audio... no webcam, overlays, etc...?

If so, specifics on how to check these settings would be great.
