Question / Help Stream always stutters

No matter what is on screen, there always seems to be stuttering. Clean install, tried my own variation of settings, tried the guide exactly from Twitch.TV themselves, nothing seems to effect it. Tried just about every ingestion server in North America. 32/64 bit really have no impact on performance.

The problem seems limited to my own channel, other channels are fine.

I actually don't see anything at all in your log that would cause stutter, everything appears to be running nominally, no problems with the encoder, no problems with capturing, no problems with the network, everything seems fine. Do you happen to have a vod of this problem?
