Question / Help Stream Always buffering

Tested stream with friends from different cities and they all says that its buffering every ~10-15 secs. Im trying to stream MOBA, RTS and sometimes Shooters. What OBS setting should i choose with this config?

2500-3000kbs maxbitrate (dont go higher if you arent partnered with twitch)

1280x720 resolution with downscale 1.5
