Question / Help Stream always breaking.

So, i tried using OBS to stream a CS:GO match for twitch and it's really breaking everywhere but the sound goes perfectly. Recording breaks too, the exact same thing. Am i doing something wrong? My PC Specs are:

Intel Core i7-4510U 2.00 GHz

Nvidia GeForce 840M (2GB)

12 GB Ram

Resolution of my screen : 1366 x 768, 60Hz

Is this not enough? Thank you for the help
