So I've streamed almost every day for the last month or two, but today for some reason I kept dropping frames, up to 50% of my frames were dropped when I was streaming at 1000kbps and my upload was 2.5Mbps. I tried a bunch of different things, changing my kbps (when I put it down to 300 it streamed properly, but people watching told me it looked awful), and messing with a couple settings in OBS. I've never had this issue before and help would greatly be appreciated, as I have no clue how to fix it or even what the problem is. I did a speed test before streaming and it was still at 2.5Mbps so I don't think that's the issue.
