Question / Help Stream a whole application/proccess, not only just one of its windows

Hello,
So I've been having trouble with trying to set up a stream. I only have one monitor and I'd rather not stream all of the applications I have open. I'm attempting to only record specific proccesses and all of their windows but I can't figure out how and if I can do it.

Anyone know anything about this?
