Bug Report Stream a bit blurry

I've been trying to tweak my stream to get it looking as best as possible. I'm unable to figure out why my stream looks a bit blurry, it's not as crystal clear as some of the other streamers that use OBS. Any input would be great, and I do not know what info you may need to know about my setup, but please ask away.

If you're lagging that much, it means your PC can't keep up with what you're trying to do. Can you post your log for us to take a look?

Hmm, don't see anything unusual in the logs. Think you could post a vod or something where this occurs?

And yea, about the lagged frames, it says you're only really getting about 43 fps half the time. You may want to try setting it to 40fps instead to keep the stream more even, though it's probably fine as it is generally.

Also I notice you using fast preset. Think you could try setting it to veryfast instead and seeing if that changes anything? I typically do not recommend setting it to anything outside of veryfast. Though I doubt this is the issue.

I set fps to 40fps. I don't feel any lag during streaming, but it says 34% frames lagged. I'm oblivious to what this means lol. Below is a sample of the stream. It seems to run smoothly, but it's not crystal clear like some of the other streams i've seen. Maybe my upload bandwidth is not enough?

actually your stream looks great. you're downscaling 1680x1050->1120x700, which can make it look slightly blurrier than it actually is because it's downsizing the image. if you mean the red text, that's a common issue with h264 in general, and completely unrelated.
