Question / Help Stream 720p with these specs?

Hi! I am looking to stream 720p 30 frames on MLG.tv after the release of our new channel (MLG.tv/TeamcR)

15 Download

These are my PC specs:
Processor: Intel Core i5-3210 CPU @ 2.5 GHz
Ram: 8 GB
Edition: Windows 8.1
Video Card: Intel HD Graphics 4000

I will be streaming Advanced Warfare for Xbox One (high motion)

What settings should I use to stream in 720p? What settings would be best for my stream? Thanks!

I wouldn't stream at 720p with only 1.85Mb/s with a first person shooter. maybe 540@30fps 1500bitrate/buffer
with that though, you can drop the preset to maybe fast/faster with your i5
