Question / Help Strange Technical Problem with OBS

My OBS does not look like other people's OBS programs. Also when I try to create a sub region and adjust the regions it looks really odd. I've attached an imgur link showing exactly what the issue is. I've also attached my laptop from newegg. I run on Windows 10.

Turn off DPI scaling in Windows. OBS does not support it, and it will cause problems. You'll also need to recreate your scenes (or reset each element's size) as DPI scaling not only messes up the text in the buttons, but some of the capture modes as well.
