Strange problem in obs - Guys please help

I used obs easily in Windows 10
But it has been 3 months since I installed Windows 11, but Game Capture does not work. I have followed all the instructions
I raise obs to admin mode
I put obs in the high power mode of the graphics card
I turned the Windows game mod off and on, but it had no effect
I did everything, but I have a lag problem in Windows Capture and a black screen in Game Capture

Please help me. I installed the 28 obs update today, but the problem is still there
