I'm trying out the OBS studio and after a lot of messing around in settings I have my system setup up, but there is a very strange problem where the bottom 2 inches of my screen for the whole length of the bottom is pixelated slightly or distorted. It's distorted that way both recording desktop and in game. I also get random black frames while recording a game. in the screenshot you can see how only the bottom of the screen is distorted.
Specs if information is needed. monitor is a predator x34 ultra wide aspect ratio, 1440p and gsync. CPU is a 6700k. GPU is a gtx 1080. Recording storage device is a 750GB SSD. Games are installed on another drive.
in obs settings I'm recording native 3440x1440, with lanczos filter, encoder is the nvenc H.264 with CQP at 23.
Currently I'm only using OBS for local recordings. Please let me know if you have any idea why this happens
