Question / Help Strange OBS Hz Lag

Hey, i have problem while streaming games because everytime i set my source as Game Capture and then i choose game i want to capture, fps are fine, unfortunately i can feel that it is not smooth anymore. I have 144 Hz monitor and 60Hz monitor, i play on 144. The only way i can play without lag-feeling is when i set OBS to Monitor Capture instead of Game Capture, then, even tho it captures game+monitor (when game is minimalized) it runs perfectly smooth. I have i7-4790K, Radeon R9 290 and 8 GB RAM. Do you know how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

Problem with AMD drivers; use obs-studio & multi-gpu compatibility in game capture properties

I downloaded obs-studio and ticked Multi-adapter Compatibality( i guess thats what u mean) but it still lags ( doesnt lag when i choose "Display Capture")
