Strange modified frames appearing in recording

I am having a very strange issue with OBS that I have never seen before. Essentially, when recording the game Geometry Dash, I have started getting frames in my recordings that just straight up remove certain objects in the levels I am playing. As far as I have seen, it is only ever one frame at a time that appears to be out of place, but sometimes they occur in rapid succession. These frames do NOT appear visually when I am playing, only in the recordings. Here's a video as an example: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IVJJ6B9LXLuKc6q_bUjbx_Lq4frQmDn_/view?usp=sharing

I tried recording gameplay of another game, Rainbow Six Siege, and didn't see any issues like this. I have tried recording the game with Vsync and with fps set at 144 (my monitor's native refresh rate), and it only happens when playing with FPS unlocked and set at a higher refresh rate like 240 fps (I play with FPS set to 240 FPS because this results in less input delay). As far as I know, I did not change my recording settings before this started happening. I also thought it might be due to some performance settings in the AMD Adrenalin software, but I have messed around with those to no avail. I have also completely uninstalled and reinstalled OBS, as well as verifying the integrity of my game installation. Nothing has worked so far, and I'm not sure what else to do. I'm not super smart with how recording works, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached the log file for the recording

1. In Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
2. One of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Headphones (High Definition Audio Device): 48000 Hz
Microphone (High Definition Audio Device): 44100 Hz
3. OBS is not running as Administrator. This can lead to OBS not being able to Game Capture certain games. If you are not running into issues, you can ignore this, but it looks like your are because you are using Display Capture to capture a game. Remove Display Capture and use Game Capture while running OBS as Admin.

May be an issue with frame rate conversion.

Many games are rendered in layers. If there is no time to render next frame full size - it will be outputted as is. Probably, OBS just grabs what was rendered by the game engine. Here, the frame rate conversion only amplifies effect.

Switching to game capture seems to have worked, and thanks also for telling me about the audio sampling rate, I had no idea. I appreciate the help!
