Question / Help Strange lags.

I recently moved over from Xsplit. I used to stream at 720p, but when I'm now streaming my stream seems to have strange lags where the audio plays normally, but the screen freezes constantly.

So I wonder what the problem is, I really need help cause the viewers tell me that it's unwatchable.

So if you have recommendations for the settings, it would help. My upload speed is kinda high as well, so I'm honestly wondering what's wrong?
