Question / Help Strange frame drops only while using obs

hey can any one tell me why i got huge frame drops while using obs?
no frame drops while using shadow play.
internet:100k download ~92k upload ~38k
pc:
board: msi x99a godlike gaming
card: evga 980ti
core: 5930k
ddr4: 16gb

i used much different settings also verry low settins all laggs the same.
the lagg is in every game ill try to play.
is there mb some known conflict with win7 or with keyboard, mouse,drivers etc?

Keyboards: logitech g19 ; logitech g13
mouse: logitech g9
headset: razor tiamat

ill got exact the same problem with my old pc he was on i7 & 780ti
in the new build is not a single part from the old one and win 7 was reinstalled. only the keyboard/mouse is the same.

can any 1 help me with this?

Maybe try OBS studio?

If you still have your old PC build, you may use a capture card and move OBS to a separate computer (dual PC stream/recording), this will help keep the gaming computer run at full speed.

first it was ok then the laggs was back...
the problem was that i watched the stream preview on my 2nd screen
without the obs window on 2nd screen i got no laggs
strange.....
