Since about one and a half week, i am not able to stream anymore.
I did Tests, called my ISP, tried to fix Stuff, read guides and tried finding solutions. Now i am here and i really need someone to help me out, because
i cannot find a fix to this. I bought a new Network Adapter becaue in the STATUS menu, when right clicking your Ethernet you can see the transfer rate
and my onboard Adapter was 10,0 Mbit. No force duplex worked, when trying. Didn't connect to the Internet at all, so i thought that one just gave up and
changed it. See now i have 1Gbit transfer rate and my download issue is fixed ( i downloaded with 27kbit/s before changing the Adapter), which doesn't matter
at all for streaming, actually. But i thought the upload fluctuation was connected to that.
See it wasn't. I opened Streamlabs OBS today, tried streaming and it started to drop Frames immidiately. I changed some settings : upload rate / downscale filter and fps. changed several servers and NOTHING worked at all. whatever i do, i am dropping frames. even if i lower the bitrate from 2275 to 1500, still 11% frames dropped.
If i go try the auto configure it gives me really weird results.sometimes it tell me i can use 2800kbit, sometimes 3800kbit. various numbers, which leads me to the assumption that the connection is not that stable. though, everytime i do a speed test, the upload is ALWAYS above 7MBit

3 Tests in 5minuts and these are the results. Going by these i should be able to stream with 2275 EASILY, but i cannot.
I might have weird Setting which i don't know about, i might have done a lot wrong and here i am asking for anyones help. This is kinda happening
ever since i downloaded the new WIndows update around one and a half weeks ago.
A new router is also coming very soon, might be that the one i use is done for.
