I have a headache OBS works perfectly but as soon as I click ANYTHING the video freezes, it continues to record audio and microphone BUT THE VIDEO IS FROZEN!
Question / Help Stops Recording Video when I click

This is why your stream freezes. It has to skip frames because your system is so incredibly weak that it cannot encode anything.

How can I fix this? Is there a way to give OBS more ram?
It's not an issue of giving OBS more RAM. Your APU is super underpowered for streaming/recording. Try downscaling your resolution to 360p or lower, change your FPS to 25, and your x264 preset to ultrafast, and see if that helps at all. If not, you'll need to get new hardware.
