Please don't recommend saving directly to mp4.
MKV supports multi-track audio and doesn't have the problem of destroying the entire recording when the file doesn't finalize properly.
And MKV doesn't import properly into Premiere Pro last I checked. Further: your crusade against MP4 isn't really helpful here. It's pointless and unnecessary. The MP4s that OBS produces are perfectly usable.
The absolute latest version of premiere does actually accept MKV
And even if the version you have doesn't, Use the built-in remux utility to convert to MP4.
