stopping recording issue

I was recording gta v the other day for like 50 minutes and stopped recording. I clicked the stop recording button multiple times and eventually closed obs deleting it forever. Why is it doing this? Here is the log:

Record to MKV instead of MP4 and remux after if necessary.

Also six audio tracks will not work at 144 FPS.
