So I was recording some gameplay and stopped recording and my mp4 files still looked like what it does while you're recording. I give it a bit of time and it still looks like that. I try to move it to another folder and it says this http://i.imgur.com/ei5YxNo.png . I record some more footage and it's fine. What's wrong with this footage?
