Question / Help Stop streaming

I'm sorry I wish I knew where to get a log file I don't know anything about this all's I know is that people have told me that they see me on there and when I'm not even broadcasting or supposed to be broadcasting I got tape over my camera so I have no idea how it's even broadcasting I need help to turn it off to delete it to uninstall it whatever and I don't know anything to give you a thread file or anyting please help me please

It's hard to help with so little information I will assume you are on a win 10 machine open the task manager and see if OBS is running and turn it off. Right click on the search bar (white box lower left corner) / Click on Task Manager / under the Process Tab look for OBS hightlite it and click the end process button in the lower right corner.
