Stop Mac Studio Screensaver and Sleep

I've just set up an Elgato HD60 X with my X Box Series X and Mac M1 Max with Studio Display. This all works really well but because I'm not using any input devices like keyboard or trackpad on the Mac and just displaying the game running on the X Box , my Mac screen saver starts up after the set time delay and then after the longer delay the Mac goes to sleep. I can disable the sleep and screen setting but would like to know if there is a setting in OBS that will prevent the screen saver and ultimately the Mac sleeping whilst it is running on my Mac?

Interesting. I have the reverse problem on my Mac: my experience is that while OBS is recording, streaming, or running the Virtual Camera, the screen saver never kicks in. Since I leave the virtual camera running more-or-less all the time, the screen saver never kicks in.

I typically use a terminal command called `caffeinate`. You can search it up, but I usually just use `caffeinate -disu`. You don't need admin or sudo for this.
