Issue and what ive done bellow.
So i’ve looked everywhere, alot of people are having these issues but basically noone knows how to help.
So i am now myself consulting to this OBS forum which seems fitting giving the nature of the issue.
Issue: everytime i use Stinger transition when streaming, lag/audio/visual stutter occurs.
What i tryed: exporting in different webm configurations. Emptying scene so that its only a black background. Setting high priority for OBS. Using nvenc/x264/new nvenc, same on both. Reinstalled windows and obs. Running scene in 60/30 fps. Running obs in administrator mode.
File: .webm 60 fps 27 mb
System:
Cpu: intel i7 8700k black edition
Gpu: RTX nvidia 2080 ti oc edition msi
Ram: g.skill 32 gb ultra platinum rgb(4200)
Psu: evga diamond pro 1000 watt
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero, Socket-1151
Drive: Samsung m.2 970 evo 3500mb/s
Render software: .webm plugin through Adobe media encoder.
