I have a stinger for my transitions, and it has sound on it. Like the first issue, I have been unable to pin point what triggers it. But when I transition, there is a wicked staticky sound, sorta like feedback, that plays for the first second or so. Similar to the first issue, my work around is to go into the properties for the stinger, click "Browse" for the stinger file, then navigate to the same exact file, and hit save. This completely fixes the problem for the rest of stream.
Also, there is sometimes some crackling when the stinger plays that isn't present in the resource file. This crackling *usually* isn't in the game sound. A while back I went and made sure everything was set to the same sample rate: 48000 Hz. I set everything to 1 channel 16 bit when possible. One of my sound devices is set to 2 channel 16 bit because thats the only option. But everything is 48000 Hz.
Any ideas what is causing the issue?
