Question / Help Still trying to figure out what my bitrate should be :(

so ive been streaming awhile now however ive been very discurages as i always get frame loss while using obs so i thought maybe its my bitrate it always tells me to consider turning it down but i have no idea what to turn it down to here is my test results

Show us OBS log? (OBS help menu) Frame loss might be something else other then internet.

When sreaming, bitrate must be less then upload speed to avoid video freeze problems.
Twitch probably only allows video bitrate of 3500 Kbps or less.
Higher bitrate improves quality, but on Twitch without transcoding (low and high quality option), all your viewers have to download the same bitrate you stream at. Some don't have good internet to watch more then, maybe 2500 kbps.
