Question / Help (Still having) Sound delay

I've already posted once about this problem, but since then it has been sometime and that thread gone off topic I've decided to restart a thread about this problem I'm having since a long time.
Cuting short I used to stream without any problems until someday an update arrives for OBS and is the end of my streaming career. Last time I streamed in conditions was in October 2013 (told you it has been a while) and since some updates ago (back then) I've started to fear the updates instead of wait eager for them, as each one of them was a box of surprises waiting for me to be scared. Some week in Octuber that last year the worse that could happen did actually occur. The OBS worsened to the point where I wasn't able to stream in conditions anymore. Many updates have been made since then and still to this day 'February 24th 2014' I still haven't managed to fix my issues.
When I start streaming to Twitch, video goes right up however sound only shows up like 5 seconds later. I've used both settings mentioned from both Twitch and OBS and tried many variations to no avail. I'm posting a log file from version 0.612b for someone to take a look and find either the solution or a workaround for this problem that has been tormenting me for a very long time. Neither Twitch or log analyzer complain about any problem with my settings. I've even started to think about some off topic solutions such as update realtek sound drivers or something even more random.

It has nothing to do with the updates. If it's desktop timing, and none of the other options work, then first, go to advanced settings. Set "Scene buffering time" to 1500. Then, you can shift it back or forward in time with "global audio time offset" in advanced, in milliseconds. A negative value sets audio to go backward in time (reduce delay), positive goes forward in time (more delay). It manually adjusts sync for your stream.
