Question / Help Still dropping frames after going through everything on the help list

I recently moved and have started dropping a ton of frames throughout the day, whereas before i moved i was always at 0%. My ISP has been out to my house 5 times now and they swear that they don't see any packet loss or any reason for internet disruptions but I will consistently get up to 50% frames dropped now when I never did before. I'll include my OBS log but I want to see if anyone can help me pinpoint if it's on my side or if there's anything I can tell my ISP to help them fix it for me. Also my CPU usage is usually around 2% and is a beast so I don't think that's the problem.

You could try turning that off, as it degrades performance. However I don't think that's your problem.

Your ISP is most likely not being completely honest with you, or else you have a problem with your local network.

If you run the auto config wizard, does it pick the same ingest server you are using?

Have you run TwitchTest?

@Narcogen I've run twitchtest using the options from the help thread and am using the most optimal server. What is the auto config wizard? I'm also 95% sure it is the local ISP since I didn't have problems till I moved across town but I'm not sure what I can do to show them that I'm not getting what I'm paying for (which is gigabyte internet from cableOne).

Tools > Autoconfiguration wizard

Make a new profile and a new scene collection and run that. It will ask you basic questions about your use of OBS, run some tests to Twitch, and suggest some settings.

You can show them the line from the OBS log showing dropped frames, but if they have no competition and you're not willing to drop them in favor of another operator, there may not be much you can do short of making as big a fuss as possible.

I did the autoconfiguration a few times throughout the day. When the internet was fine it said optimal settings were 6k bitrate and pretty much everything maxed. I tried again when internet was spiking and it recommended 500 bitrate lol. I'm not sure if there's anything else I can try other than just annoying the fuck out of my local ISP until they fix it or i switch to a shittier but maybe more friendly ISP. The only options I have are CableOne, Suddenlink, and some local ones I've never heard of but CableOne is ranked highest so I went with them originally. Maybe i'll try someone new.
Edit: the test also showed the same server I'm using
