Steaming issue with youtube

I am trying to stream through YouTube. I get a pop " recommended video bitrate is 6000kbps but it's only 2850kbps"

I conect internet using LAN cable and before streaming, the download and upload speed are more than 80mbps. But when streaming starts, the download speed goes down to just 1mbps.

The obs settings for video stream bitrate is kept at 2450kbps and audio is 160. Encoder preset is kept at veryfast(default) (medium CPU usage, standard quality).

When I open youtube... The video lags a lot, lot of frames are lost. Audio is almost not bearable to hear.

Upload speed to the fastes server is diffrent like upload speed to YT.
You can use VPN server to change route.

A log file from the moment you're having a problem is needed in order to see what is going on.

If your upload speed isn't good enough, no matter what you use you simply can't stream.
Speed tests only check for web http protocol, not the RTMP protocol used for streaming. But it can tell you the actual upload speed and know if you are capable to stream.
