Bug Report Steam games crash when trying to capture

Hello everybody, this is my first post on the OBS Forums, but hopefully someone can help me with this issue.

I've streamed HOURS of CS:GO and many other games using OBS, but today, I tried streaming it and something very weird happens.

When OBS is completely off, not previewing or streaming, the game will open and operate fine. As soon as I enable "preview" or "start streaming", the game won't crash technically, but it's unresponsive, and doesn't capture the screen.

I've tried 64-bit OBS, run as admin, Windowed, Monitor capture, game capture, add as global source...literally everything I could think of.

This happens with almost all of my Steam Games, and I'm not entirely sure why. It used to work all the time flawlessly.

Close Razer Synapse and Game Capture will work fine.

The other way is doing Window Capture instead of Game Capture.

I think there is a bug with compatibility with programs that do overlays inside the game making it impossible to use Game Capture without crashing the game.
