Question / Help Steam at 30 but play at 60fps?

I want to stream in 30 fps but when i do i go from 60 fps on a game to 30 fps. How do i fix this?

OBS isn't going to lock your in-game framerate to your streaming rate. This is most likely due to the significant extra load that livestreaming imposes on your system.
