Question / Help Stats page while not live

I recently started having really crappy streams and going as high as 60% frames dropped so I checked into it and nothing as far as I can tell it must be twitch or my ISP. But I started to notice something on the stats page of OBS it's showing frames being skipped or missed even when stream isn't live.

Your screenshot doesn't actually show any skipped or missed frames.

OK I was wondering what the Frames missed due to rendering lag and skipped frames due to encoding lag shows 0/900 and 0/947 what are those frames? cause it just looks suspicious

Those are frames rendered or encoded simply because obs is running

OK thanks so much I keep getting paranoid when I start to drop frames heavily and I didn't change any settings.
