So, I've had this problem for about 3 months now, and I can't figure out the solution. I've read many threads but no no avail. So here is my issue:
Every time I try to record on OBS, even in complete silence, there is a static noise every
4-5 seconds, and it is really annoying. Every time I'm playing audio, it cuts in and out like crazy. But when I stop recording on OBS, it stops the static, and everything is back to normal. Any help as to what might solve the issue will be very much appreciated. Thanks.
